Last one for this time, yes~?
Originally a remake of another pic I had lying around of Lugia rising out of the water, based on a concept for a story I'm writing. It's kinda later-on (very end, actually...) but the basic idea is that you've got Lugia showing up. Like, THE lugia. The deity. And he's huge. Apparently, he's nothing but a mass of water and therefore a living representation of the element, but he's still sentient.
And he's here to intervene.
